Two ways to do it

Five days or one?

Both compress a course that normally takes two months. They are not the same treatment, and they don't suit the same person. Here's the honest difference.

Fastest

ONE-D

20 sessions · 1–2 days

$3,500

Flat rate, whatever your income · self-pay

  • Twenty short sessions in a single supervised day
  • Includes two medications — D-cycloserine and Vyvanse, taken that morning
  • Mapped and supervised by Dr. Clinch throughout
  • PHQ-9 tracking and follow-up afterwards
  • The research is still early. We're honest about that.

BEST IF

You genuinely cannot take a week, or you're flying in and out. Dr. Clinch will tell you if you're a candidate.

Straight talk

The honest version

These are fast, intense, expensive protocols. If a clinic isn't telling you the downsides, ask why.

What we do about it

Neither format is a covered benefit. Some insurers cover two sessions a day — if that suits you, we'll say so rather than upsell you.

What that means

Two drugs — D-cycloserine and Vyvanse — the morning of treatment. Vyvanse is a controlled stimulant. Prefer to avoid it? Accelerated TMS is TMS alone.

Where we stand

ONE-D is promising but still early. Not enough of our own patients yet to publish — so we won't quote anyone else's. Dr. Clinch will level with you.

What actually happens

Your week, or your day

Nothing here is delegated. Dr. Clinch maps you, plans it, and monitors you throughout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which one should I do?

Accelerated, unless you truly can't spare the week. It has the most evidence behind it, it's TMS alone with no medication, and 77 of our own patients have been through it. ONE-D exists for people who genuinely can't do five days — and Dr. Clinch will tell you honestly whether you're a candidate.
